Monday: 11:30am-9:00pm Wednesday: 9:30am-8:00pm
Payment/Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. To avoid being charged the full fee for a session, clients are expected to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Charges related to court documents, school observations, and case consultation are separate from session fees.
Insurance Information
Insurance coverage varies depending on the plan. Although I do not participate in-network with any insurance plans, many of my clients are able to get out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are provided with a statement at the end of each month to submit for reimbursement should they choose. I recommend clients contact their insurance company and ask these questions:
What is my out-of-network Mental Health coverage? Do I have a deductable? Do I need preauthorization? How many sessions are covered per calander year? How do I submit for reimbursement?
